Payment & Billing
Certain Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Unfiltered to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality — including software, text, graphics, logos, and data — are owned by Unfiltered and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform. By using our Services, you grant Unfiltered a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. We will never use your business data for training AI models without your explicit consent.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information disclosed during use of our consulting services. Unfiltered will not disclose your business information, strategies, or financial data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. UNFILTERED DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. FINANCIAL RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL ADVICE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNFILTERED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Unfiltered may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law — shall survive.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
